Account Deletion

We understand that circumstances change, and you may need to delete your account, so you can follow the steps below to delete your Wildlife Emergency account.

Steps to Request Account Deletion

  1. Login to the Wildlife Emergencies app.
  2. Select “User Settings” from the app menu
  3. Select “Delete account”
  4. On the confirmation screen, select “Delete Account” to confirm deletion.
  5. Your account has now been deleted you can select “close”.

Data Deletion Details

When you request to delete your account, the following data will be permanently deleted:

Personal Information: Name, email address, contact information, and any other personal details. *Unless required to fulfill regulatory or operational requirements.

Usage Data: Preferences, and other account details associated with your account.

Data Retention

Certain types of data may be retained for a limited period due to legal, security, or operational reasons:

Operational Data: Information related to operational activity or personnel management will be retained to comply with operational and regulatory requirements.
